<p>Ploi relies on external mirrors, package repositories, and upstream
archives to provision servers and ship updates. When one of them is
slow or down, it can delay provisioning or deploys — even though Ploi
itself is running fine. This page tracks their availability so you
can quickly tell where an issue lives.</p>
